It’s a great week for Lil Baby and Lil Durk as their newest drop, a collaboration project called ‘The Voice of the Heroes’ debuted at number 1, beating out some of the biggest releases that week.
According to XXL, “The solid numbers make The Voice of the Heroes the second biggest rap debut of 2021, following J. Cole’s first week sales of The Off-Season.”
The album features Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Young Thug, and Rod Wave, and NBA Superstar James Harden is credited as executive producer on the album.
The the accompanying music video created by Directed by Daps for the single “How It Feels,” shows Lil Baby and Lil Durk participating in a high-end heist, redistributing goods from overly wealthy and glutinous 1% and returning the money to the younger generation in the streets.
